Contact based Unlimited sending Monthly plans do not charge anything for the number of emails sent. The price depends on the number of contacts you have on your list. Not every single contact on your list is counted though.
 
Only Active, Engaged and Transactional Status counted in the plans. Mailerswift will NOT count contacts with the following statuses: Invalid, Unsubscribed, Complaint, Inactive, Stale and Not Confirmed. You don’t have to delete these contacts.

How does the pricing work? In detail!


You can choose from three pricing plans and pick the one that best fits your needs. Contact based Unlimited sending plan, Volume based monthly plans and Pay As You Go plans are focused on Email Marketing and give you access to our various marketing tools in our dashboard. You may choose to pay a fixed amount every month and can send an unlimited number of emails and the volume you wish to send every month OR choose the volume you may send for a year and pay once. The limit that applies is the number of contacts you can have in Contact based unlimited sending plan and the email volume you can send in volume based monthly plan and Pay As You Go Plan.




I would like to try Mailerswift. How do I get started?


All you need to do is open a free account. You can do so by Signing up for free Trial Account on Home page on our website. Once you do that, with-in 24 hrs time you’ll be notified and shared the login details by us. Make sure to verify and then sign into your new Trial account and start sending! You can learn more about uploading your contacts and sending your first campaign by following the instruction sent through en email.




Do I need a credit card to register?


No, you don’t. Although if you want to send more than 100 emails per day, you need to add a payment option.




Do you offer a free trial?


Yes, we do! You can sign up completely free and send up to 100 emails per day. Once you want to send more, you need to choose the plan.




What if I go over the limits of my plan?


At any time if you reach the contact limit, you can either have our system automatically upgrade your plan so you do not have to worry about email interruption, or you can be informed about this and you will have the option to upgrade your plan manually.




How can I upgrade or downgrade?


At any moment, you can Visit our website and upgrade your plan in minutes. Visit our website > and pick the plan that suits you best. If you need to downgrade your plan, please inform us in advance by contact us, and we will help you take care of this nice and quick.




Do you offer a discount for non-profits?

What payment types are accepted?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All prices are in USD




Which contacts are counted into my pricing plan?


If you pick the Contact based Unlimited sending pricing plan, you will be able to send an unlimited number of emails and be charged only for the number of contacts managed on your account. Each contact has a status attached to it. And the statuses that count into your pricing plan are Active, Engaged and Transactional. All other statuses are not counted. If you have sent any email during the current subscription period to this contact and then delete the contact, it will still be counted until the next subscription period (usually up to one month).




Are there any set up fees?


No. We have put a lot of effort into making the set up as easy as possible. If you have some more questions, feel free to let us know.
